Description
I I was practicing close up photography and took a number of photos of these beautiful, bright red flowers known commonly as bottle brush flowers. I actually have a huge tree in my back yard with them. I want to achieve those lovely, almost bubbly color shapes in the background, called bokeh, which I was able to get with a very wide aperture to the camera lens. I then added a texture layer that also added the bokeh effect and that lightened the color to a soft red.
