Description
I was really just playing around with different Photoshop techniques, trying to learn and use new ideas. In this case, the process was in the Filter/distort section. I did that 3 times and them copied several times, twirled and set each layer at different opacities. I also added a layer of line drawing created with the Topaz Simplify filter.
