Description
This is a photograph that I took in the city where I live, Stockton, California and it is of the Smith Canal. This fairly small canal runs through the city and is populated with many small boats, often owned by those whose property abuts the canal. I used a number of programs to achieve the impressionistic, painterly effect and the Topaz filter, Impressions.
