Description
This was created from a photo I took of the Weber's Point park in Downtown Stockton, California where I live. It was very late winter and the early sings of spring were beginning to emerge. We get spring early in this part of the world, so this was in February. I did most of the work on this photograph in Photoshop and after achieving the soft, spring-like colors, I then used the motion blur filter to enhance the water reflections.
