Description
These early spring days are like this. I left work to go home for lunch in a literal downpour. Streets were beginning to flood and the short drive was somewhat treacherous. I walked out of my house after lunch and the sun was shining. I saw this lovely Gerbera Daisy with raindrops newly formed on its petals and had to capture it. I "painted" the image in Photoshop and wound up with this final image. And I think it says something about life and how uneven it often is. When there is a downpour, beauty often rises from it.
