Description
I really enjoyed the challenge that a few contests suggested when I created this image. I wanted to evoke the vintage botanical drawings by adding the texture, frame and the classification information. When I researched these apples, I learned quite a bit about Granny apples, but only recently found out their connection to Australia where there is an annual celebration of these marvelous fruits.
