Description
This was created from a photo I took of the Weber's Point park in Downtown Stockton, California where I live. It was very late winter and the early sings of spring were beginning to emerge. We get spring early in this part of the world, so this was in February. The quality of light was already looking like an Impressionistic painting. I worked on the original photo in Lightroom, Photoshop and Topaz Impressions to create the painterly effect.
