Description

I was walking along a lovely path in early autumn. It's a path I've taken several times and one that is filled with iris flowers in the spring. But this was definitely autumn, so I was not expecting any of the flowers. But there were a few and this lovely purple one was truly exquisite. I used several textures and a layer of impressionistic painting to create the final image.
