Description
I found this lovely Nigella wildflower in the middle of a neighbor's garden. It was surrounded by many other smaller flowers. I took the photo with a very wide aperture so the background was soft and blurred. The original photo was fairly dull except for the blue flower, so I worked with several textures to make the colors brighter and more vibrant. I wanted to create an image that looked magical.
