Description
Autumn into early winter is the season for pears and they are so beautiful even before tasting them. I especially love the brilliant color of the Anjou Red variety. I had purchased three and set them in the window to ripen a bit more when I realized what a lovely till life arrangement they would make. I then worked on the photograph to create a painterly version, put in a rough wooden shelf and added several textures.
