Description
I wanted to make a very colorful image of the beautiful pelican, so I imported the photo into Topaz ReMix to create an abstract line image with bright colors. I then worked to create a impressionistic layer to modify the overly bright colors. The final step was to add one of Jai Johnson's textures to replace the background.
