Description
I was both saddened and filled with gratitude as I walked around the 911 Memorial in New York. I was happy I took the tour, which was so beautifully and sensitively done. One of the tender and lovely things I learned was that a white rose is placed on the name of the victim who had been born on that day. It was such a simple, lovely way to remember that real people were lost on September 11th.
