Description
I fell in love with the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida. It is a magnificent museum in every way and the gardens that surround it are as exquisite as the art it contains. John and Mable Ringling built it to house their vast collection of art and then bequeathed it to the people of Florida. It was established in 1927 as a legacy to their generosity and their love of art. if you ever have the chance to visit, you will be very happy if you take time to see it.
This began as a photograph of one of the long, outdoor hallways that surround the building and look onto the garden. I worked on the photo with an app "AutoPinter", transferred it to Photoshop and then worked on finishing the final image using layers and blending modes.
