This is one of many statues on the grounds where my mother lives in a magnificent facility, O'Conor Woods. While it began as a Catholic institution, it is now open to people of any faith. The variety of statues you see are a testament to the openness of this place. This is a statue of St. Francis of Assisi, one of the most beloved saints in history.
