Description
Most of my trip to Maine was in uncharacteristically warm weather, but this day it was cold. We were all bundled as we walked along the rugged Northeastern coast and were still cold. Then I saw these small, fragile birds, just standing there, spread out on a rock and watching us go by. They looked a bit like they were waiting for something, maybe warm weather?

What a wonderful composition. Amazing how they are so perfectly aligned for their surroundings. Well captured.
