Description
It was very early one winter morning and I needed to get to work early. But I was intent on getting my photo for the day, so I veered off the main road to somewhat secluded area that overlooks the waterway coming in from the Delta on its way to the downtown marina in Stockton, California. The trees were completely bare and looked etched on the morning sky. I then wondered what this image might look like as more of an abstraction, so I worked on with Topaz Simplify to create a different interpretation.
