Description
I created this abstract autumn image from an original photograph of a late autumn tree that had shed most of its leaves. After reducing the complexity of the photo with Topaz Simplify, I added several layers with increasing simplicity and blended them. The last layer was made with a vertical blur and masked the tree out of it. At that point, the image was blue and I wondered what would happened if I inverted the image and I was so please with the earth-toned colors that I kept it that way.
