I actually took a photograph of these trees in the winter, log after all the leaves had fallen. And I have since been intrigued with the rhythm and beauty of those bare limbs and have created several very different images with the original photograph. In this image, I wanted to depict some of the qualities of summer, the deep colors and the exuberance. I used about 5 different textures to create the final image.
