Description
Dahlias are such elegant, complex and beautiful flowers that they hardly need any alteration to make those stunning qualities obvious. I wanted to add to the ethereal quality to the flow of the petals by adding more light to the image. I did that by adding several textures from Jai Johnson's Island Dream collection and blended them to create luminous background from which I masked out the flower.
