I took a photo of a bunch of these deep, red Gerbera daisies at a friend of mine's home And while I often find the color red difficult to capture, this image worked. I created a textured with several from the Jai Johnson collections as a background, added a shadow and then created the painterly look with Psykopaint. The fine line drawings were made with Topaz Simplify.
