Description

I created this scene from several photos, beginning with one of downtown Stockton, CA, where I live. Everything else is added, the people, the stormy clouds, the rain and the reflections. I was trying to create an entirely new image from the original photos to finish with one that is a cloudy, and in these parts, a fairly rare kind of day.
