Description
This was one of many somewhat small sunflowers growing wildly in an unattended field. It was perfect, no flaws and turning it's bright face toward the sun. I did little to it in the initial stage of processing, but then "painted" with Photoshop, Lightroom, Topaz Simplify and Psykopaint. I had just read an article about Vincent Van Gogh and wondered how he would have interpreted these beautiful flowers. I created the background texture with two of Jai Johnson's textures by blending them.
