Description
I took this photograph with my phone and a slow shutter app. I then worked on the image with Photoshop, Topaz Impressions and added a texture. It was early spring when I took the photo and California's hills were a lovely green set against a soft blue sky. The image gives me a deep sense of peace that being in nature offers. The scene was behind a wired fence, which when blurred, creates a soft texture.
