Description
I recently read a beautiful reflection written after going through the death of close friend. The death was sudden and shocking. No one was prepared and everyone was reminded of life's fragility and our shared vulnerability. When I saw this field of delicate poppies, I was reminded of the fragility we all share. Poppies have large, beautiful petals and seem impossibly perched on a thin stem that has them bending sharply in the wind.
