Description
This is actually the view outside the front window of my friends' apartment. It is an amazing view of Manhattan's skyline and I photograph it every time I visit. After I took the photograph, I used Topaz Simplify to reduce the detail, then added a layer of vertical motion blur and finished the image with a texture.
