Description
I was commissioned to create art work for a parish dedicated to and named for the Sacred Heart. Devotion to the Sacred Heart has been a vibrant part of Catholic prayer life for along time and I wanted to create a modern interpretation of it. I searched for current reflections and found this marvelous litany written by Wendy M Wright and published in a book she wrote, "Sacred Heart: Gateway to God" published by Orbis Books. I have used the litany text with her permission.
