Description
This wonderful, magnificent animal, often referred to as the king of the forest, seemed every bit as impressive when I visited the Sacramento Zoo. The lion never moved fully out of the deep shadows, but I was able to capture this portrait at one happy moment in the sun. I added two different textures from Jai Johnson's Beyond texture collection. After blending those textures I masked the lion out of them to create the final image.
