Description
It's summer and out here in the central valley of California, we enjoy the elegant beauty of roses from May through October or even later. I never tired of the beauty formed by their multiple, complex petals and they bring a rainbow array of colors to our gardens. This is one in my own yard that is a deep pink and I had to get a ladder to capture this view of its spiral shapes. I used one of the textures from the 2 Lil Owls collection to create the more rust color and the slight crackles that remind me of antique beauty.
