Description
I was walking along a portion of the San Joaquin Delta where a pier had a number of idle sail boats moored. The actual photo was not too exciting, so I decided to "paint" it digitally. I came up with this final image using several layers made from the Topaz Impressions filter and blending them in different ways. I added several textures, including the final one which is a canvas texture.
